About Fenster

Gainfully employed for thirty years, including as one of those high paid college administrators faculty complain about. Earned Ph.D. late in life and converted to the faculty side. Those damn administrators are ruining everything.

    Who took that second pic? Did the subject give his consent? Somebody throw someone in jail for violating this poor man’s right to unconsciously bare his butt in public without being photographed doing so.

      As to who took it, counsel advises I say I don’t know. So I don’t know.

      For the record, though, he says this isn’t just skirting the law–it’s upskirting it. Or downpantsing it, which legally amounts to the same thing.

    Given how unappetizing the pic of the snoozing subway dude is, maybe we need to invent a category-name for snapshots that are the exact opposite of a Creepshot. (If I understand right, Creepshots are assumed to be motivated by, and to be appealing to, sexual appetites.) Lust-killers?
