Ugh!
I only want ‘curated’ at a museum! (Or if I were Anglican or Catholic, a curate at my parish church.)
As for ‘crafted’, that doesn’t apply to anything mass produced, and by definition, condominium units, unlike houses, are not built separately from each other, but as part of a building composed of such units; ‘crafted’ does not apply, surely.
Anyway, well spotted!

I don’t want fine crafted. I want hand crafted by old world artisans. Plus, what about sustainable and organically grown building materials?

Much has been written about the repurposing of the word “curate,” particularly how it’s used to describe online personas. I think it’s interesting, but the use in this picture is ridiculous.
