A good, professional Brill Building Carole King song, marred, for this listener at least, by Mickey Dolenz’s weak, poorly supported voice (which makes many of the Monkees’ well-written and well-produced songs difficult to enjoy).

I like how they aren’t even remotely playing the instruments! They did have a number of well crafted pop songs.
