Spotted recently: J.P Morgan/Chase lending support to LGBT Pride Month and Marriott International promoting a trans fashion model. Small reminder to diversity fans — you aren’t fighting the power. You are the power.

Funny how a cross-dressing queer like Boy George was a more accepted icon back in the ’80s before the whole pansy propaganda campaign launched in the early ’90s. Perhaps not lowering our standards specially for them made them earn any respect that they got?
Don’t know whether or not it’s for Homosexual Ego-Stroking Month, but there’s a commercial for Hotwire in rotation now, attempting to make them look Just Like Us. Y’know, married, children, needing an occasional vacation from their otherwise continual focus on raising a family, etc.

Just like straights … only better, because cuter and funnier.
Why hasn’t any academic yet done a study of the uses of sweaters in advertising imagery, btw?

Hey, why is ‘I was born this way’ justification for gays and lesbians staying what they say what they were born as, but not employed by trans who hate what they were born as, saying a mistake was made, and they need to change into something else to be who they really are?
As usual, the Left is riddled with contradictions and unprincipled exceptions are made to resolve such tensions…

To clarify, why is nature upheld in the one case, but disparaged in the other – yet those of us who would assert that anyone can transcend their birth nature, without surgery but through conscious choice and behaviour, are deemed beyond the pale in what we propose?

Because Progressives are about power and control, and the way you get both are by owning the narrative. If that requires blatantly stomping on logic, well so what? Ends and means. Who and whom.

“I was born this way” still applies, but in the trans model, accidents of birth like genitalia and even genetics are mere hurdles to be cleared en route to fulfilling your glorious, true, Platonic gender identity. Admittedly, it’s a stretch, but if you can’t make it, buddy boy, there are plenty more who can. Plenty more. And don’t you forget it!

So you need ‘corrective’ and ‘reconstructive’ surgery to make you ‘who you really are’.
Despite the fact your equipment will never work the way someone who was ‘born that way’ (oh the irony) will, and you’ll never sire / give birth to children naturally…
Then they demand taxpayer dollars fund their operations…

About a year ago I was in London on a business trip, staying at a Novotel. And everywhere in the hotel were advertisements for the hotel, which is typical. But they all featured a white guy and an Asian woman, and some obviously mixed race children. The amount of propaganda put out around “diversity” is truly astonishing.

BTW, as per the bottom ad, what does transgenderism have to do with love, per se? I mean, that humanisn’t mentioned as travelling with someone else, only focused on as an individual, so why “#lovetravels” ?

I guess transgendered are the new Christ; where once people said “God is love”, now apparently transgendered folks are love…

“Geena” is not a woman, I don’t care how proud “she” is. However, he/she is kind of hot.

What I enjoy about the queer rights movement, despite their thuggishness in imposing their views, is that they’re right to insist the quondam mainstream view of sexuality was false (or materially lacking). Of course there’s now the charade that sexuality is just like ethnicity — it’s a useful mask to wear politically — but shan’t we have a better conversation soon? Holes are appearing methinks.
