I’ve only seen one movie of his, his adaptation of Ibsen’s “An Enemy of the People” (entitled “Enemy of the People” in English; Bengali title “Ganashatru”), which was well done.

“Enemy of the People” is pretty good, but it’s a minor Ray, I think. I recommend checking out the ’60s and early ’70s stuff. Most of those are really worthwhile.
