      Not at all; two different kinds of religious iconoclasm.

      Two religious ideologies: self-righteous, moralistic radical Islam and self-righteous, moralistic radical progressivism, both seeking ritual purification of their societies through violent destruction of what they deem false idols.

      Same thing.

      Failing to recognize that, is idiotic.
