    Rachel’s a beauty. Talented too. Did you ever see that early film of hers she made with Michael Winterbottom, “I Want You”? Worth a look.

      No, haven’t seen that one. I like Winterbottom a lot, too. A quick check on Amazon Prime and Netflix reveals that it has never been released as a region 1 DVD? Grrrrrr.

        Dang. I wonder how I managed to see it … Must have been on videocassette, I guess. Not a great movie but it has its virtues. And Rachel gets pretty nekkid. She acts up a storm too. The young Rachel has a small — but sexy and amusing — role in Bertolucci’s “Stealing Beauty,” which is easy to find. A pretty dopey movie: lots of arch trust-fund carrying-on. But I’m fonder of it in retrospect than I imagined I’d be. And it features a young Rachel.
