Do you schedule your fasts when you know you’re not too busy, Atypical? I find that when I have a lot of brain work to do, I can’t manage it. And lately I’ve been busy.

I’ve not had a problem with fasting when I have a lot of brain work. But then again I haven’t been doing it consistently that long. I’m sure that when I get a little leaner, then I will have to be more judicious in choosing fasting days.

Are you fasting for spiritual reasons, health reasons, or what?
Anyway, subs are weird for breakfast. Then again, I’ve eaten chicken wings for breakfast, so I’m one to talk. 🙂

Health reasons mostly, followed by vanity. Scandinavians eat herring for breakfast, which I do not consider weird.

As a Canadian, I sometimes, like my east coast brethren, like Solomon Gundy first thing in the day, so can’t criticize. 🙂
