About Atypical Neurotic
An Illinois-born refugee from academia who in late middle-age finds himself a civil servant in Norway. An unashamed city-dweller, he walks 30 minutes every day to a job where he is not paid to
be an economist (lawyer or accountant), only to
sound like one.
Not real distinctive is it? You could have told me it was any city in the northern Northern Hemisphere and I would have believed you. It really is a shame that any city or part of a city built since WWII looks like every other city built since WWII. It almost makes you think it has something to do with WWII. Nah, that’s just for conspiracy nuts.

No it isn’t, but it is an improvement over what it has replaced. The road in the foreground is all that is left of an eight-lane highway and is scheduled for demolition in spring.
Here is a video presentation produced by the developers. Not everyone’s cup of tea, I will grant you: http://osu.no/eng/operakvarteret-presentation/
