    That’s an interesting development. I like its modest size, but I’m not crazy about its glossiness and chilliness. How is it as an actual place? Pleasant and serviceable enough? Does it cater too much to cars?

    It is not supposed to cater to cars at all, except for local traffic. Through traffic has been rerouted though a tube-tunnel. The “Barcode” project will be the most massive structures in the entire redevelopment project. Most other buildings will not be higher than eight floors, most will be between four and six.
