She didn’t seem to make the transition to features after Twin Peaks, but a check of IMDb shows that she’s worked pretty steadily in B-movies and TV over the years.
She sounded bitter during the documentary included on the gold box set of Twin Peaks. It was (actually kind of) a downer to hear.
I don’t think Madchen Amick rose to higher fame after Peaks-mania, but she didn’t sound put out by that. She’s great in that documentary, and in a separate hour-or-so-long chat between Lynch and select cast/crew. She gives off a vivacious and free-spirited vibe, like she’s still in the ’80s (un-self-consciously too).
Huh, I wasn’t aware of her bitterness, I’ll have to check out that interview. I think I’ve seen that hour-long chat you’re talking about (Lynch, MacLachlan, Amick, and Lynch’s assistant, I think?) and I agree that Amick came off well.
One of my al-time favourites. Sherilyn was simply a stunner, and that is a wonderful photo of her. Like Christina Hendricks, one of the few women today who could pull off the 50s bombshell look.
Not just the camera 😉

Now would probably be a good time to link to this. Fun to learn that Fenn influenced Dita Von Teese.
