It would be neat if people could label these buildings. For instance, what is group of white buildings in the upper left quadrant next to the river, Manhattan side? It looks like a single development. And what is double-spired building on the left, a little more than halfway up? A hotel? And is La Guardia Field visible?

That’s New York Hospital on the river. The two-towered building is the Waldorf. Not sure if you can see LaGuardia.
You can see a little bit of Grand Central peeking out at the bottom. Also clearly visible is the 3rd Avenue elevated line.
