    Hey, in the late 60s we doted on these Betty Boop films. I can remember attending a Betty Boop film festival in a theater off Harvard Square back then. Full house of hooting, howling hippies. Cab Calloway. Louis Armstrong’s giant head. Wonderful.

    Did you know that Aunt Bethany from Christmas Vacation was the voice of Betty Boop and Olive Oyl? The senile lady who wrapped her cat as a present, and recites the Pledge of Allegiance for grace.
