    When I was about 16, the family stopped at a McDonald’s in Midland while driving up to my grandparents’ cottage in northern Michigan. There we were waited on by a blonde high school girl who was one of the most exquisitely beautiful creatures I have ever seen, the kind that makes your heart beat faster and changes the conductance of your skin. Only time I was ever there.

    Oh yeah, nice building, too.
