    Ugh, that kind of music makes me angry it’s so unbearable (not to take away from the lady’s skill). I’ve always thought that maybe Middle Easterners are so crazy and fly-off-the-handle because of the ghastly brain-melting music they listen to.

    Listening to Eno’s “Music for Airports” now to cleanse my mind!

    Wha-wha-wha … peterike2 … hate to disagree, but that struck me as beautiful. The long, loping melodic lines, the way she used the whole fingerboard, the tune that stuck in my head. That would have been fine music in any tradition.
