Oh lord how I hate when white chicks act like black girls.
In any event, just skimming the “Trout Nation” piece was enough to know it was an endless tirade of Progressive posturing.
“Did you guess the theme? Did you guess “black women as props?” Because that’s the theme.”
Zzzzzzzzzzzzz. Of course if there were no black women in the video, that would be racist too.
But in any case, isn’t it obvious that someplace named after “Trout” would have a problem with “Bass”?

Late to the party, I know but I’ve been catching up on your archives.
An ex once dared my to try durian (she was malaysian, FWIW). It did stink, though not very bad. But then, it was still in the process of thawing out. It actually tasted fairly sweet, but it had the nastiest aftertaste, and I never ate it again. It seems like an aquired taste, and I can see how some would aquire it. I think it’s akin to learning to enjoy beer.

everybody has a different way of describing a ripe durian. to me, while it has a lot of the overtones usually described to it (dirty diaper, etc.) the dominant stench was very similar to onions that were starting to rot.
