  1. Despite the hilariously pretentious jargon, the food and cocktails at this happenin’ and sceney East Village place are seriously good. Loved our bartender, er, mixologist too.

    Terms like “curated” and “artisanal” and even “natural” are meaningless because they’re not regulated in any way. Any food processor or restaurant can use those terms to describe anything without fear of a false advertising claim.
